Ditch the email chain. Run your HOA from one place.
Evontar gives your board a modern hub for announcements, votes, dues, events, and documents — so you spend less time chasing replies and more time building a great community.
Everything your board needs
One platform built around the real headaches of running an HOA. No bloat, no learning curve.
Member Directory
A searchable, privacy-controlled directory for all residents. Board members decide exactly what's visible to whom.
Announcements & Newsletter
Send community-wide announcements or targeted newsletters instantly. Every resident stays in the loop without a single reply-all.
Event Calendar with iCal Sync
Post pool parties, board meetings, and maintenance windows. Residents subscribe via iCal — events show up in their own calendar app.
Board Votes & Polls
Run official board votes or community polls in minutes. Results are timestamped and archived so there's always a paper trail.
Document Library
Store your CC&Rs, bylaws, meeting minutes, and vendor contracts in one organized place — always accessible, never lost in an inbox.
Invite Link Onboarding
Share a single link and new residents join the community instantly — no manual data entry, no spreadsheets, no back-and-forth emails.
See it in action
Built for the real work of running an HOA — not a generic admin panel.
Post announcements
Compose and send community-wide updates in seconds, with a live preview of how members will see them.
Track dues
See who has paid, who hasn't, and send targeted reminders — all from one clean dashboard.
Manage maintenance
Review requests, assign vendors, and keep residents updated through a transparent activity timeline.
Simple, honest pricing
Most HOA software costs $50–150/month. We think that's too much for a volunteer board.

Frequently asked questions
Everything HOA boards ask before getting started.
How do members join the community?
You share a unique invite link — post it on Nextdoor, text it in a group chat, or print it on a flyer. Residents click the link, create a free account, and they're in. No email invitations required, no IT setup.
Do residents need to download an app?
No. Evontar runs in any web browser on phone or desktop. Residents can bookmark the community page and access everything without installing anything. A mobile app is coming soon for boards that want push notifications.
How long does setup take?
Most boards are fully set up in 15 minutes or less. You create your community, add your board members, and share the invite link. There's a guided onboarding checklist that walks you through each step.
Can I import our existing member list?
Yes. You can import members from a CSV file — just upload names and emails and Evontar creates accounts automatically. Residents receive a welcome email with instructions to set their password.
What happens after the free pilot?
The pilot has no end date. When you're ready to unlock unlimited members and advanced features, the Growth plan is $29/month — no contracts. If you decide Evontar isn't the right fit, your data is yours and you can export it any time.
Is our community's data secure?
Yes. Evontar uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, and your community data is never shared with or sold to third parties. Member directories are only visible to verified community members.
We already use another tool — is switching hard?
Evontar is designed to be a complete replacement for the typical HOA toolkit: group texts, email chains, spreadsheets, and Google Drive folders. Most boards run Evontar alongside their old tools for a month, then switch over completely once residents are onboarded.
What if we have more than 50 members on the free plan?
The free pilot doesn't cap member count — it's designed to let you run your whole community and decide if Evontar is right for you. Caps only apply to the long-term free tier once the pilot phase ends.
